Administration Manager / HR Assistant
We are searching for an Administration Manager / HR Assistant who will be responsible for daily support operations of our company and administrative procedures planning, ensuring that all support activities are carried out efficiently to allow other operations to function correctly.
Responsibilities:

Ensure efficient office organization (monitor office supplies and order new ones as required).

Supporting HR activities - including employee onboarding and offboarding, conducting internal surveys, and assisting with engagement initiatives.

Track the budget and spend it on office operations.

Organize maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe.
-
Orders and coordinates business lunches and plant visits accordingly.

General administrative support.

Document support and work with the company's legal and finance departments.

Organization of corporate events and gifts for employees.

Organizing business trips, travel arrangements, conferences, and corporate events.
Requirements:

Experienced with using digital tools (Google Workspace).

Knowledge of English В1 and above.

Conversational Bulgarian is required.

Communication skills and the ability to work with people.

Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
-
Strong attention to detail.

Ability to hold confidential information.
