Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Varna, Bulgaria. This role involves managing communications with suppliers and optimizing agreements for the company's benefit. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop strong customer relationships with our partners.
Act as the main point of contact within the organization for your field of expertise.
Develop sector and market expertise and take a consultative approach to understand the business drivers and requirements clearly.
Continual monitoring of user and partner feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the relevant department.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a similar role.
Previous B2B experience as a salesperson or account manager.
Ability to deal with high-level partners and the pressure that comes with it.
Extensive experience in searching, negotiating, and winning new business.
An independent and success-motivated person with highly developed social and communication skills.
Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Commercial-minded, strong analytical/numerical skills.
Ability to cope with a fast-paced, complex and fast-paced environment.
Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and ability to bounce back from setbacks.
People management skills.
Full professional proficiency in English.
