CRM Manager
Job Summary:
As a CRM Manager, you will be key in managing customer relationships by utilizing the CRM system to enhance their experience and increase loyalty. You will analyze customer data and develop engagement strategies to improve retention and drive repeat purchases.
Responsibilities:

Create HTML email templates and support them from Figma.

Set up and manage direct marketing campaigns (email, push, etc.).

Integrations and building logic for trigger communications in CDP/CRM system.

Collaborate closely with various product areas and other cross-functional teams on improving communications and customer journeys.

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results; report on insights and ways to optimize campaigns.
Requirements:

1+ year of tactical, hands-on experience in email marketing and marketing automation administration developing, and implementing automated marketing campaigns.

Ability to define, interpret, and manage patterns of customer behavior.

Basic knowledge of HTML.

English at least at an intermediate level.
Will be a plus:

Basic SQL knowledge.

Previous work with Fast track CRM system.

Knowledge of Customer.io, MailChimp.
