Customer Support with knowledge of English
Job Summary:
The position provides a convenient work schedule and the opportunity to practice English and improve communication skills. Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers through tickets and chats.

Make records about customers in CRM and Google Sheets.

Consider complaints.

Report technical and other problems to your manager.
Requirements:

Similar work experience will be a plus.

Excellent communication skills.

High level of spoken and written English.
