Job Summary:

As Head of Affiliates, you will lead our affiliate marketing strategy and team, overseeing all affiliate operations to drive sustainable growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing affiliate program strategies, managing partner relationships, and optimizing performance across multiple channels. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on affiliate management to expand our network and maximize revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue goals

• Hire, train, and lead a team of affiliate managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance oversight

• Drive the growth of our affiliate network by identifying and recruiting high-value partners while developing existing partnerships

• Analyze partner traffic, monitor payback metrics, and implement data-driven strategies to improve affiliate performance

• Develop and manage detailed media plans and budgets on monthly, quarterly, and annual bases

• Oversee the creation and optimization of sales funnels to enhance conversion rates

• Conduct thorough competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify growth opportunities

• Represent the company at specialized industry events, including international conferences, to establish strategic partnerships

• Ensure all affiliate activities align with brand values, messaging, and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with leadership on long-term affiliate program development and traffic acquisition strategies

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate management, with demonstrated team leadership capabilities

• Proven experience in iGaming affiliate marketing (required)

• Excellent understanding of traffic source types including SEO, PPC, ASO, email marketing, and others

• Strong knowledge of affiliate partnership models (Revenue Share, CPA, Hybrid, Flat Fee)

• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and CRM systems

• Data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies

• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
