Junior HR People Partner

As an HR People Partner, you play a key role in supporting management teams to achieve HR effectiveness and implement strategic change within the organization. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, providing consulting support to business line managers, and creating and implementing employee development programs. As a valued partner, HR People Partner proactively drives change in the planning and execution of initiatives to achieve business results and improve workforce productivity.


Location: Relocation to Varna, Bulgaria, is obligatory! (relocation is provided).
 

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation, improvement, and optimization of HR processes: Onboarding, Performance review, Offboarding, Learning & development, and Feedback ecosystem.

  • Participation in a new cycle of talent management processes (initiation, regular reviews, work on management, initiation, and development, 1-on-1 and exit interviews, analytics).

  • Analysis of L&D requests from managers and teams, organization of seminars, and initial visits.

  • Significant HR practices that add value and demonstrate effective business-oriented solutions, initiate and promote new HR approaches and projects, and their implementation.

  • Conducting HR monitoring, testing, analysis of results and reduction of processes based on them.

  • Proactive participation in the development of corporate culture for the project.

  • Assistance to HRD in the implementation of operational and tactical tasks.

  • Ensuring the implementation of personnel procedures and policies by practitioners.

  • Participation in the preparation of team-building events and other corporate events.
     

Requirements:
 

  • 1.5+ years of relevant work experience as a People partner in product IT companies.

  • Understanding the specifics of work, processes, teams, and positions in IT.

  • Understanding of HR processes: On-boarding, Off-boarding, Performance Review, Adaptation, etc.

  • Understanding key HR metrics and their impact.

  • Experience in building and implementing HR processes and developing HR tools.
     

Required Skills:

  • Work with personnel documentation.

  • Competent user: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Good organizational skills.

  • English — strong upper intermediate or higher.
