Legal Counsel
We are looking for a legal consultant with experience working in companies with a complex corporate structure, specializing in tax and legal structuring, as well as providing comprehensive legal support for new IT projects.
Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (B2B, partnership, marketing, SaaS, licensing, NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, etc.).

Developing and maintaining contract templates, signing procedures, and a centralized contract database.

Optimizing internal processes related to contract management and cross-team collaboration.

Providing legal support to internal teams (marketing, product, HR, finance, compliance, IT).

Ensuring company operations comply with applicable laws and regulations (licensing, AML, KYC, GDPR).

Supporting KYC procedures with external stakeholders, payment providers, and banks.

Preparing and updating compliance documentation (AML/KYC policies, Terms of Use, privacy policies).

Managing disputes, chargebacks, customer complaints, claims, and pre-litigation matters.

Liaising with external legal advisors, regulators, and other authorities.

Handling corporate matters: incorporation and maintenance of legal entities, corporate governance, and internal documentation.

Creating internal legal guidance materials and playbooks for contracts and negotiations.
Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department (experience in fintech, IT is a plus).

University degree in Law (preferably international, IT, finance, or commercial law).

Proven experience supporting day-to-day legal operations.

Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, private international law, and data protection (GDPR).

Understanding of AML/KYC requirements and compliance practices.

Experience with licensing and regulatory matters in finance is a plus.

Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.

Excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide practical advice quickly.
