Job Summary:

As a Payments Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting payment operations and improving transaction efficiency. Your responsibilities will include

analyzing key metrics, generating reports, and monitoring transactions.

​

Location: Relocation to Varna, Bulgaria is obligatory.

Responsibilities:

​

• Resolve transaction issues and analyze reasons for drop in acceptance rates.

• Communicate with providers about new products.

• Oversee user acceptance criteria, testing for changes and system enhancements.

• Manage relationships with existing partners.

• Create Jira tickets for new PSP integrations, bugs, and improvements.

• Conduct research for target GEOs and company needs.

• Analyze statistics and compile reports.

• Improve acceptance rate and other metrics.

• Measure and track the performance of each channel; quality test integrated channels and improve flows.

• Update knowledge base on projects, payment methods, financial conditions, and country restrictions.

• Optimize channel fees.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a relevant position.

• Knowledge of how to work with Excel / Jira / Notion/ Google Sheets tools.

• Passion for improving and organizing processes around you.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Curiosity and willingness to learn and develop in negotiations and partnerships.

• Knowledge of English В1 and above.

Will be a plus:

​

• Experience in iGaming.

• Experience with Devcode, Payadmit, Praxis, and Metabase.
