Product Manager
As a Product Manager at CLARYFI, you will play a pivotal role in driving the vision, development, and successful launch of innovative digital products. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience—transforming ideas into scalable solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will define product strategies, oversee execution, and ensure that each product aligns with market needs and business goals. Your leadership and insight will directly impact the product’s success, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth.
Responsibilities:

Analyze product metrics and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.

Analyze user feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement.

Perform market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

Apply customer research techniques to formulate and validate hypotheses.

Drive the development and implementation of new product features based on business goals and user needs.

Plan, support execution, and analyse results of experiments on production (e.g. A/B, multivariate testing, etc.).

Collaborate with the development team to translate requirements into actionable tasks.

Initiate (if needed), prioritize and manage project scope changes, coordinate changes with the team and stakeholders, and approve further project timeline changes with Product Management.

Prepare and deliver product demos and presentations for stakeholders and clients, showcasing new features and improvements.
Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.

Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of product metrics and experimentation.

Experience launching and scaling key product initiatives with measurable results.

Hands-on experience designing and executing A/B tests.

Solid understanding of core marketing principles.

Intermediate or higher English proficiency (both written and spoken).

Strong understanding of client behavior and retention strategies.
