Job Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure alignment with business goals. Your leadership will directly impact project success, team performance, and client satisfaction

Responsibilities:

 

• Project planning and management: Developing implementation plans for the required scope of work in accordance with project objectives, allocating resources, monitoring, and controlling the execution of the schedule.

• Risk management: Identifying, responding to, and controlling risks that could impact the project's timeline and quality.

• Timeline control: Monitoring and controlling task completion according to the schedule, identifying and addressing deviations in a timely manner.- Quality management: Ensuring and controlling all project stages to meet established quality standards.

• Change management: Identifying and controlling process changes within the project, assessing their impact, and coordinating changes with the team and stakeholders.

• Project documentation management: Creating, maintaining, and storing all necessary project documentation, as well as generating required project reports.

• Team management: Maintaining team motivation, providing feedback, and ensuring the development of team members.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager.

• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

• Intermediate or higher English proficiency (both written and spoken).

• Proven ability to work on multiple tasks at a time, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.

• Strong understanding of business needs and ability to build effective working relationships

• Communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Will be a plus:

 

• Experience working in a product-based company.

• Experience in Crypto or iGaming projects.

• Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks.
