Reconciliation Manager

We are looking for a Reconciliation Manager who will ensure accurate reconciliations, maintain correct accounting entries, prepare timely financial reports, and enhance processes across all departments.
 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Ensure accurate reconciliations with PSPs.

  • Maintain correct accounting entries in QuickBooks.

  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports.

  • Respond promptly to requests from other departments.

  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements.

  • Resolve issues with PSPs and other financial discrepancies.

  • Tools & Skills: Excel / Google Sheets (advanced, including formulas and pivot tables), Metabase, QuickBooks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in reconciliation or related finance roles.

  • Strong knowledge of PSP operations and accounting principles.

  • Proficient in QuickBooks and financial reporting.

  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

  • Initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
