Recruiter
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate has experience in full-cycle recruitment, understands market dynamics, and can deliver top talent while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities:

Conduct full-cycle recruitment for technical, product, and marketing positions.

Ensure quality selection and hiring of candidates that meet company standards and cultural fit.

Quickly fill vacancies while maintaining high-quality processes and meeting agreed deadlines.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.

Maintain regular, clear, and high-quality communication with hiring managers and candidates, providing systematic feedback at each stage.

Effectively use multiple sourcing channels — professional networks, job boards, referrals, social media, and industry platforms.

Keep up-to-date awareness of the talent market, including active companies, roles, and salary trends.

Actively listen to hiring managers, accurately interpret their requirements, and translate them into successful recruitment outcomes.

Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

Represent and promote the company’s employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, and source effectiveness) to enhance efficiency and informed decision-making.

Collaborate with HR and other departments to enhance onboarding, retention, and overall hiring quality.
Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Recruiter.

Proven track record of successfully closing middle and senior-level positions.

Strong understanding of the market, including key roles, company structures, and candidate profiles.

Excellent knowledge of sourcing tools and methods (LinkedIn, Boolean search, social media, niche platforms, referrals).

Experience in managing full recruitment cycles — from initial sourcing to offer stage.

Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple vacancies, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset — ability to use recruitment metrics to assess performance and optimize processes.

High level of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher); knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Proactive, result-oriented, and flexible approach to changing business needs.

Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools.
