Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate has experience in full-cycle recruitment, understands market dynamics, and can deliver top talent while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for technical, product, and marketing positions.

  • Ensure quality selection and hiring of candidates that meet company standards and cultural fit.

  • Quickly fill vacancies while maintaining high-quality processes and meeting agreed deadlines.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.

  • Maintain regular, clear, and high-quality communication with hiring managers and candidates, providing systematic feedback at each stage.

  • Effectively use multiple sourcing channels — professional networks, job boards, referrals, social media, and industry platforms.

  • Keep up-to-date awareness of the talent market, including active companies, roles, and salary trends.

  • Actively listen to hiring managers, accurately interpret their requirements, and translate them into successful recruitment outcomes.

  • Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

  • Represent and promote the company’s employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, and source effectiveness) to enhance efficiency and informed decision-making.

  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to enhance onboarding, retention, and overall hiring quality.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter.

  • Proven track record of successfully closing middle and senior-level positions.

  • Strong understanding of the market, including key roles, company structures, and candidate profiles.

  • Excellent knowledge of sourcing tools and methods (LinkedIn, Boolean search, social media, niche platforms, referrals).

  • Experience in managing full recruitment cycles — from initial sourcing to offer stage.

  • Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple vacancies, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical mindset — ability to use recruitment metrics to assess performance and optimize processes.

  • High level of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher); knowledge of other languages is a plus.

  • Proactive, result-oriented, and flexible approach to changing business needs.

  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools.
